• Bot content:documents, files, instructions, and any other material you upload to build a bot's knowledge base.
• Conversation data: messages exchanged between your bot and its end users, which may include content those end users submit.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the service.
• Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working correctly.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service;
• Process your uploaded content so your bot can answer questions about it;
• Authenticate you and secure your account;

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate bot responses, uploaded content and conversation data may be sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. We select providers that offer reasonable data-handling commitments, but we do not control their infrastructure. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share, or that you would not want processed by a third-party AI system.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and bot data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a bot or your account removes it from active systems; residual copies may persist briefly in backups before being purged in the normal course of backup rotation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@muhammadminhaz.dev. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Children's Privacy

Talkateave is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
