Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Talkateave (“Talkateave”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Talkateave.

2. The Service

Talkateave lets you build, configure, and deploy AI-powered chat bots trained on content you provide. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Talkateave to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share;
• Build bots that harass, defraud, deceive, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents, instructions, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate and provide the service to you, including sending it to third-party AI providers for processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Bots built on Talkateave generate responses using AI models and Your Content. AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any bot output before relying on it or presenting it to your own customers or end users. Talkateave is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

7. Intellectual Property

The Talkateave name, logo, and platform (excluding Your Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–11) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkateave and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talkateave and its founders from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
